Why is it hard to find reliable information about health & diets 

When you google "best diet for weight loss" all you can get is a list of hundreds of articles and websites that suggest only contradicting information. The diet culture and the possibilities that the internet gives for things to spread strongly impact how we perceive things that we see on our screens. The majority of us are not nutritionists, doctors, or experts in diets and nutrition, so there is a danger that we may believe something that can be completely wrong. We always remember what Aidana has gone through when she tried the trendy keto diet. That was a good example of how we shouldn’t try something that directly involves our bodies without consulting an expert first! By Aidana’s words: ‘that time was hell’. Although it started well, her health soon deteriorated and she had to seek medical help. Why? Turns out the keto diet is not everyone and was originally designed for people suffering from epilepsy. This, of course, was not written in popular articles and social media posts that Aidana blindly believed. After this experience, Aidana started to be more careful with what information she finds on diets and health, but, honestly, it is difficult and time-consuming.
